Sima Ladjevardian Raises More Than $1.5 Million in Q3
October 5, 2020
HOUSTON, Texas -- Today, the Sima for Texas campaign announced Ladjevardian raised $1.5 million in the third quarter of 2020. Ladjevardian has raised more than $3 million for the cycle.
Ladjevardian raised $1.4 million into her campaign committee, and an additional $145,000 into the Sima Victory Fund.
“Sima has built unprecedented grassroots momentum, and this massive fundraising haul reflects the enthusiasm we’re seeing on the ground,” Ladjevardian campaign manager Hilary Borris said. “As a breast cancer survivor and small business owner, Sima understands that high quality, affordable health care is on the ballot this November for all our Texas families. Congressman Crenshaw has been more focused on cutting health care for millions of Texans, spreading dangerous disinformation, and advocating for his corporate special interest donors than protecting his most vulnerable constituents — and the voters will hold him accountable on November 3rd.”
