Sima Ladjevardian Launches First TV Ad, Digital Ads
HOUSTON, Texas -- Today, Sima Ladjevardian released her first slate of ads in the race for TX-02 highlighting her personal health care story, the cost of prescription drugs, and the chaos that’s taken over Washington.
In “Pharmacy” — which begins airing today on cable and broadcast as part of a seven-figure ad buy from now to Election Day — Ladjevardian addresses the exorbitant cost of medication during her cancer battle and the health care fight she’s ready to bring to Washington.
A 15-second version of “Pharmacy” will be part of a digital buy alongside “Suficiente,” an all-Spanish language ad where Ladjevardian discusses fleeing chaos as a little girl, finding the promise of America, and helping her neighbors through the COVID-19 crisis.
Throughout her campaign, Ladjevardian has emphasized the importance of high-quality, affordable health care.
It was at a pharmacy just like this where I was charged a thousand dollars for one pill.
Who can afford that?
I’ve spent thirty years helping families across Houston, and I can’t stand by as Washington leaves us behind.
Our community deserves better.
After beating breast cancer, I have no problem beating the special interests.
In Congress, I’ll fight for lower health care costs and I’ll help businesses to stay afloat.
We need a future our families can afford.
I’m Sima Ladjevardian, and I approve this message.
